Mr. Brown has served as a key leader in over two dozen financial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, Venture Capital and Private equity transactions and Initial Public Offerings totaling over US$250 million in sectors as diverse as direct marketing, semiconductors and video production services. Before joining Euro RSCG, he served in a variety of senior corporate leadership positions in public and private companies including 800.com, Now Software, Sundance Electronics, TriQuint Semiconductor, GigaBit Logic, CR Technology and Compact Video Systems.
Edmond Chung (CEO, DotAsia Organization) – registry operations advisor
Mr. Chung serves as the Vice Chair for the Internet Society HK, also serving as an elected member of the Elections Committee of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, an elected councilor of ICANN’s GNSO Council, and Secretariat for ICANN’s APRALO (Asia Pacific At-Large Organization). Edmon is an inventor of patents underlying technologies for internationalized domain names (IDN) and email addresses on the Internet. Mr. Chung worked to create DotAsia, the first global top-level domain in Asia.
Janet Johnson (Partner, Johnson Partners) – social media advisor
Ms. Johnson has held executive level sales, marketing and business development positions with a broad range of top technology companies including Apple, Enron, Now Software, Merant and Marqui. Ms. Johnson currently works with companies who want to leverage new media in their marketing initiatives.
Kent Lewis (CEO, Anvil Media) – SEO advisor
With a background in integrated marketing, Mr. Lewis has worked at Portland full-service agencies including Young & Roehr Group, Wave Rock Communications and KVO. Lewis also was Director of Marketing and Business Development at goodguys.com and eROI.
Dr. Bart Massey (Professor, Portland State University) – AI and open source advisor
With a BA in Physics and an MS and PhD in Computer Science, Mr. Massey has taught open source software engineering and artificial intelligence at Portland State University and for the Oregon Master of Software engineering program.

Jack Williamson (Former CFO, SnapNames) – financial overview advisor
Mr. Williamson is the former CFO of Snapnames, PrintBid.com and Gould Manufacturing. Mr. Williamson brings a wealth of experience in merger and acquisition, venture capital, public accounting and IPO/SPO processes, with a number of high-growth companies. Mr. Williamson has an MBA and is a licensed accountant in the State of Oregon.
David Evans (KPMG Accounting) – Tax Advisors
Mr. Evans is a tax partner with over 20 years of experience in tax, including both publicly held and privately owned companies. Mr. Minniti primarily serves companies in the high technology industry and is co-managing partner of the Portland Technology Practice. Among other things, Blair has participated in the structuring of mergers and acquisitions, including tax planning for corporations and shareholders as well as executive compensation and stock option planning.
Brenda Meltebeke (Partner, Ater Wynne Legal) – legal oversight
